Beginning in 1986, in a small studio, crafter/artist Dom Malerba
started to design and hand shape custom masks for a diverse list
of high profile, NHL Clientele. The name Pro’s Choice has
become synonymous with the latest technology in custom-made goal
masks, placing safety in the forefront of development. Pro’s
Choice is now the leader in custom fit goal masks to the National
Hockey league and beyond.
When experimentation and pushing innovation brought Pro’s
Choice to the front of the NHL scene, it was a matter of time
before the big names came calling. Pro’s Choice was selected
by BAUER/NIKEHOCKEY to produce their NHL and minor league masks.
All the BAUER/NIKE masks now worn in the NHL are the creations
of Pro’s Choice.
